Whilst your postman may not be making it through all the snow, this postman does with a little help from his friends! Finally, this book is back in stock. There was worry that it wouldn’t be sourced from the publisher in time for Christmas as it was re-printing but all is well in the world again.

Fans of ‘The Jolly Postman’ will love this festive edition featuring Christmas mail for all our favourite characters. There’s a ‘how to spot a wolf’ game for Mr Wolf (who the postman is scared of) and a glorious card for the gingerbread man. As the postman makes his rounds on Christmas eve, the snow falls around him…will he get all the post delivered in time? And will there be any Christmas post waiting for him?

If you want to develop your child’s reading and move on from the rhyming ‘Each Peach Pear Plum’ this is a great book to start with. It’s slightly more developed in its content and rhyming use and is sure to get you and the children in the festive spirit.

‘The Jolly Christmas Postman’ by Janet and Allan Ahlberg is published by Puffin, £12.99
